This Privacy Policy Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Preventive Vet Enterprises, LLC, an Oregon LLC, with offices at Lake Forest Park, Washington (“Web Site Owner” or "Preventive Vet"), and you (“you,” “your,” or “User”). This Privacy Policy contains the terms and conditions that govern your use of this Web Site, www.PreventiveVet.com.

BY ACCESSING, VISITING, BROWSING, USING, OR ATTEMPTING TO INTERACT WITH ANY PART OF THIS WEB SITE, OR OTHER PREVENTIVE VET ENTERPRISES, LLC SERVICES OR WEB SITES (COLLECTIVELY “SERVICES”), YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS PRIVACY POLICY. PREVENTIVE VET ENTERPRISES, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT, FROM TIME TO TIME, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, TO MAKE CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY IN WEB SITE OWNER’S SOLE DISCRETION. CONTINUED USE OF ANY PART OF THIS WEB SITE CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF SUCH CHANGES. THE MOST CURRENT VERSION OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY WHICH SUPERSEDES ALL PREVIOUS VERSIONS, CAN BE REVIEWED BY CLICKING ON THE “PRIVACY POLICY” HYPER-LINK LOCATED AT THE BOTTOM OF EVERY PAGE ON THE WEB SITE.

Registration

You may have to register on this Site in order to use certain of the Site’s online services and functions. If you just want to browse the Site, registration is optional.

You can select any username you want, except that your username cannot be an impersonation, the same as or confusingly similar to a famous trademark, or be a term that is offensive in any way. Some of Web Site Owner’s business partners (such as advertisers) use cookies on the Site. Web Site Owner has no access to or control over these cookies.  This privacy policy covers the use of cookies by Web Site Owner only and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers. If you click on an advertisement on the Site and link to another website, then this privacy policy will not apply to any information collected on that website. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites, and we recommend that you read the privacy policies of each website that you visit. The information practices of third-party advertisers or platforms collecting data on our site are not covered by this privacy policy.

Web Site Owner may use your username and email address to provide you with email newsletters and email announcements. With your consent, we may use your mobile number to send you promotions, notifications, or other services.

Web Site Owner has feedback functionality on the Site that allows you to submit comments, suggestions, or bugs found. Web Site Owner may collect your name or username and email address in order to follow up with you or thank you for a suggestion.

This Site may contain links to other sites. Web Site Owner is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. Web Site Owner encourages users to be aware when they leave the Site and to read the privacy statements of sites that collect personally identifiable information. This privacy policy applies only to information collected by Web Site Owner on this Site.

Security Technology

When a Site’s registration/order form asks users to enter financial information (such as credit card number) that information is encrypted and is protected during transmission through the Internet using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software.  You should see the lock icon on the bottom of web browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked or open when you are just surfing.

Correction/Updating of Personal Information

If you provide personally identifiable information changes (such as an email address or zip code), Web Site Owner will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove your personal data.

Protection of Minors

Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to register on this Site or use any functionality for which registration is required.
